Refund Policy

Alpha Alpha Omega Chapter Refund Policy
Effective Date: November 5, 2025
Alpha Alpha Omega Chapter (AAO) values the commitment of its members and participants. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Membership Dues
- Non-Refundable: Membership dues are generally non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs and commitments made on behalf of members.
- Exceptions: In cases of administrative errors or overpayments, refunds may be considered upon written request within 30 days of payment.
2. Event Fees
- Refund Requests: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the AAO Chapter Financial Officer at ukoaka1908@gmail.com no later than 7 days before the event.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as those for materials or third-party services, may be non-refundable. The AAO general administrative fee is $4.00.
3. Merchandise
- Eligibility: Refunds for merchandise are subject to the return of items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
